-On a reserved time and day, we have 10-minute small chats with the consultant who will be assigned to your lesson.
-You can decide to apply or not after this chat.

Reserve a class to apply to this program.
-Using the calendar, please reserve the date and time you want.
-Please note our cancellation policy.
-Now (as of June 2025), only "Basic class" is available. "Advanced class" is under preparation.

Fill out the questionnaire
-In order to tailor our service to you, we would like to hear about your trip. After your reservation, we will send the questionnaire to you by email.
-Please fill out the questionnaire and send it back to us by the designated date.
-The questionnaire includes questions relevant to your privacy, such as your destination, your accommodation, ways of local transportation, etc.. So, please answer within the realm of your allowances.
-Of course, we strictly observe the "Individual Information Protection Act " in Japan, and we set our privacy policy and also stick to it.
-The personal information will be managed appropriately after it is collected, and will be promptly disposed of or deleted by us once the service has ended.

Creation of the contents of your class by us.
-Based on the questionnaire, we conduct risk assessment and think of risk treatment.
-It may take 4-5 business days. So we would like you recommend you to reserve in well advance.

Conduct your class!
-Now (as of June 2025), only "Basic class" is available. "Advanced class" is under preparation.
-"Basic class" will be conducted online before your visit to Japan.
